Step 1

Open am.ticketmaster.com/saskrattlers/ on your Mobile Device


Step 2

Click the Manage Tickets button


Step 3

Sign in using the email address associated with your Rattlers tickets

Once logged in, click on My Tickets at the top left of your screen.

Click on each game to view your tickets and available management options.


To Transfer

Once logged in on your phone or computer, click Transfer on the My Tickets page


Select the event(s) you would like to transfer.


Select the seat(s) you would like to transfer.


Fill in the recipients information and click transfer.

Select your seats, and click Add to Wallet.

Click Next at the top right and opt-in to Automatic Section.

  • What is Account Manager?

    Account Manager is the online portal to manage your Rattlers Tickets. You can use Account Manager to quickly view, send, sell, donate, and scan tickets from your phone.

  • How do I get to Account Manager?

    You can access Account Manager online via https://am.ticketmaster.com/saskrattlers/

  • Can I print my tickets?

    There are no more printed PDF tickets. Rattlers digital tickets are mobile only and will need to be scanned from a mobile device for entrance into SaskTel Center. To send your tickets to someone else, you will need to transfer your tickets through the online Account Manager.

  • Are screenshots of mobile barcodes valid for entry?

    No, Tickets must be scanned through Rattlers Account Manager, or your mobile wallet. Screensots of mobile barcodes are not permitted. Tickets can be sent to others using Account Manager.

  • What is ticket transferring?

    Ticket transferring through Account Manager allows you to send tickets electronically to anyone with a valid e-mail address.  Once your recipient clicks the link, logs in an accepts the tickets, they will be able to view their mobile barcode starting four (4) days prior to the game.

  • How does my recipient get the tickets?

    Your recipient will need to click the link in the e-mail or text message they received and log into Account Manager, or create a new account. Once they log in, they will need to click “Accept” before the start of the game.

  • Why am I not able to transfer tickets for a game?

    Transferring may not be available if tickets have already been transferred, if the game has started, or the game has not yet been paid off. Please contact your Account Executive with any issues.
