Rattlers Release Beer with Better Brother Brewing Co.

Saskatoon, Sask. - The Saskatchewan Rattlers of the Canadian Elite Basketball League (CEBL) announced Wednesday that they have teamed up with Better Brother Brewing Co. to release their special edition Blonde Ale, available in cans, and on draught. The co-branded beer is now available to purchase at Better Brother Brewing Co in Saskatoon, bars, restaurants, and a variety of liquor stores throughout Saskatchewan.
“Jocelyn, Jeff, and the team at Better Brother are great to work with”, said Rattlers Vice President Brad Kraft. “They are great at what they do. Our partnership is easy – they come up with great ideas for promoting their products and the Rattlers alongside them. We are thrilled to continue to expand our reach with the Rattlers Blonde Ale this summer.”

Better Brother Brewing Co. is a local microbrewery that was started by two brothers and their families. Residing in the City Park district of Saskatoon, Better Brother offers a light fare menu and a wide selection of beer that was produced in their tap room. The quaint space is highlighted by their floor to ceiling glass wall allowing you to watch the brewing process. Jeff and Jocelyn Rushton operate a true family business, where you can find them canning beer or pouring a pint any day of the week (except Sunday and Monday).
The collaboration between the Saskatchewan Rattlers and Better Brother Brewing Co. features the Blonde Ale – a light beer with a sweet honey finish. The beer is available in a Rattlers-branded can, on-tap, and an unreleased product - to be announced soon.

“Through our partnership with the Rattlers, we raise our glasses to the spirit of teamwork and the love of great beer” said Better Brother Brewing co-owner and head brewer Jeff Rushton. “Our Blonde Ale is easy-drinking, and perfectly embodies the essence of unity. Just as the Rattlers bring excitement to the court, this brew brings joy to every palate. Together, we celebrate the power camaraderie. Cheers to the fans, and the perfect blend of basketball and brewing.”
