The Rattlers Kids Club is a membership program available to youth who are 12 years old and younger. Parents who are interested in signing up their children will only need to fill out the registration form once. Each person who signs up for the program will receive the following benefits until their 13th birthday:

• Access to Activity Books that will be updated every few months.
• 15% Discount on Kids Apparel and Hats.
• Personalized Birthday Card that will be mailed out to participants from the Saskatchewan Rattlers.
• Kids Club participants will get early access to sign up for the Youth Basketball Clinics.
• Access to the Rattlers Kids Zone during each home game at the SaskTel Centre. The parent/guardian of each participant will be required to fill out this form prior to entering the Kids Zone.
• Subscription to the Rattlers Monthly Newsletter to keep up to date on upcoming events or offerings.
